O Banco Safra demitiu cerca de 20 funcionários do programa Top Advisor em Campinas, no final de março deste ano; em São Paulo, no mesmo mês, foram demitidos 147 funcionários, a maioria participante do citado programa. O banco justificou o não cumprimento de metas; para os funcionários, metas inalcançáveis.
Não é a primeira vez que o Safra demite funcionários do programa Top Advisor. Em outubro do ano passado, foram desligados 160 funcionários, em São Paulo. Entre outros motivos, o banco alegou falta de certificação Anbima (CPA 10 e CPA 20). Em Campinas, no entanto, os demitidos recentemente tinham a certificação exigida.
Direcionado para as áreas comerciais do Safra, o programa recruta e capacita profissionais para trabalhar nos segmentos de alta renda do banco. O fechamento do programa em Campinas resultou em sobrecarga de trabalho e gerou um verdadeiro clima de tensão no local de trabalho. E mais: funcionários passaram a exercer novas funções, porém sem a contrapartida salarial. O que é inaceitável.
