Para o coordenador da COE/BMB, Marco Aurélio Alves, a proposta do banco é unilateral e, da forma como está, impossibilita o recebimento da PLR pelos trabalhadores, com uma projeção de crescimento inviável de 32%.
“Absurdamente, a meta de lucro anual, que era de R$ 250 milhões em 2022 passou para R$ 330 milhões em 2023, representando um aumento de 32%. Isso foge à realidade e, praticamente, impossibilita o atingimento da meta e recebimento de PLR pelos empregados”, explica Marco Aurélio.
Já a representante do Sindicato de Campinas e Região e da Federação dos Bancários de São Paulo e Mato Grosso do Sul (Feeb SP/MS) na reunião, Maria Aparecida da Silva (Cida) destaca que o COE está realizando uma pesquisa de clima entre os funcionários do Mercantil sobre a proposta de programa próprio.
“É muito importante que o bancário responda a pesquisa, que nos dará subsídios e direcionamento para negociar com banco. O trabalhador pode participar sem se identificar”, explica Cida.
Além das expectativas sobre a PLR, a pesquisa abordará outros temas, entre eles questões relacionadas a metas e assédio moral. Vale destacar também que, em 2022, o lucro do Mercantil do Brasil atingiu R$ 201 milhões, valor foi um recorde.
Diante disso, os dirigentes sindicais da COE querem entender o porquê de um aumento tão expressivo nas metas de 2023.
A próxima reunião da COE/BMB com a direção do Mercantil sobre o programa próprio de PLR 2023 ainda não tem data definida.
